What is digital signage advertising?
Digital signage advertising places your video or image advertisement on digital screens in physical locations — railway stations, malls and other high-footfall places. Unlike printed hoardings, creatives are delivered and scheduled remotely, can be changed during a campaign, and play logs can be reported.
Where can I advertise with DNexus?
On 25 railway stations across Uttar Pradesh (15) and Uttarakhand (10) — from Bareilly, Pilibhit and Kannauj to Kathgodam, Haldwani and Kashipur — and on 10 premium digital screens inside City Centre LA Mall, Bareilly. See the full list on our Locations page.
How many railway stations are available?
25 railway stations: 15 in Uttar Pradesh and 10 in Uttarakhand, each with 55-inch HD digital standees placed at entrances, waiting areas and platform movement zones.
Can I select individual stations?
Yes. You can book a single station, a group of stations, a whole state package or the complete network. Our rate card starts at ₹6,500 per station per month, with longer-duration discounts.
Can I advertise only for a few days?
Our standard booking unit is one month. Short-burst campaigns for events, launches or admissions deadlines can be arranged on request, subject to slot availability — tell us your dates when you enquire.
Can I change my creative during the campaign?
Yes. Screens are managed from our cloud CMS, so a new creative can be pushed remotely after a quick technical and content check. Share the updated file with your campaign manager.
How frequently will my advertisement play?
Play frequency depends on the slot plan and loop length you choose. We confirm the exact frequency and creative duration in your proposal before the campaign starts, and actual plays are shown in your report.
How do I receive campaign reports?
You receive a campaign report with proof-of-play, location details, on-site photos, play counts and a campaign summary. Reports are also available in the DNexus customer portal.
Do you provide proof-of-play?
Yes. Our signage platform logs what content played, on which screen and when, and we share this with location photographs as proof-of-play.
Can digital signage generate leads?
Yes. Add a QR code to your creative that opens a landing page or WhatsApp chat. Enquiries flow into the DNexus CRM and can be forwarded to your sales team instantly.
Can you create the advertisement creative or video?
Yes. Our in-house creative team designs static and video creatives optimised for portrait digital displays, including Hindi and bilingual versions.
Can I track my campaign online?
Yes. Through the DNexus customer portal you can view active campaigns, locations, leads, reports and invoices. Portal access is shared with you when your campaign is booked.
Do you provide QR-code campaigns?
Yes. We create QR-enabled creatives with trackable links, landing pages and lead forms so you can measure scans and enquiries from each campaign.
Can DNexus manage our own digital screens?
Yes. DNexus Signage CMS lets hospitals, colleges, retail chains and other businesses manage their own screens across branches — content, schedules, monitoring and reporting from one dashboard.
Can the signage platform be white-labelled?
Yes. Businesses and media owners can run the signage platform under their own brand, with their own logo, domain and user access.
